You can pick up your order from our warehouse location on the Gold Coast. We will email you with the pickup address once your order is ready.
Our pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please contact us if you need to arrange a different time.
Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email when picking up your order.
